
Singer-songwriter Gill Landry was born and raised in Louisiana, earning a living at one point as a busker performing in the streets. In 2004, he met the band Old Crow Medicine Show, who asked him to join and help him upgrade to the life of a professional musician.
He has enjoyed glory days with the band and even won two Grammy’s. In 2015, he said farewell to the band to focus on his own career.
Gill Landry has shared the stage with numerous musicians, performing with the likes of Justin Townes Earle, Brandi Carlisle, Laura Marling, The Felice Brothers, Mumford & Sons and Ben Harper. Since he started his solo career, he has released six solo albums. These are show him to be an innovator that still manages to make music that’s timeless. He is an innovator in folk, country, roots and the singer-songwriter genre in general. His latest album “Cinnamon Canyon Blues” came out last summer, an album he wrote while residing in the Sierra Nevada.
