With unrestrained energy, Chef’Special managed to make the world’s largest venues and festivals feel both euphoric and intimate. Chef’Special has a gift to do so. If there is one spot where the Haarlem five-piece band is able to prove themselves over and over, it is in venues, at festivals and in open air theatres. This time, they will offer a semi-acoustic set to the intimate setting of Openluchttheater De Goffert to get even closer to one another and their audience. The album “Amigo” went platinum and earned them three Top 40 hits: ‘Try Again’, ‘Nicotine’ and ‘Into the Future’. And on their most recent album “New Gold”, you can find catchy radio hits like ‘Fly Like Me’ and ‘Speed of Light’. Internationally, Chef’Special managed to gain attention by touring with Twenty One Pilots and by playing at festivals like Sziget Colors of Ostrava and SanSan Festival.
