A new era begins for Cloudsurfers. With an invigorated sense for melodies and a broader palette, the five-piece band propels their sound forward, without losing any of the explosive energy and controlled chaos that firmly put them on the map in the first place. This new chapter is all about growth: louder where it counts, more layered where it’s needed and fearless as ever.
Cloudsurfers’ mutated mix of garage punk, post-grunge and psychedelic rock still buzzes with the excitement of a band heading straight to the eye of the storm. Where their work previously relied primarily on pure speed and friction, the new material reveals a deeper dynamic: songs that breathe, hooks that stick, and melodies that cut just as hard as the noise.
With new music on the way, the band continues to push boundaries. The upcoming songs are expanding their sonic palette, while still firmly rooted into the band’s core sound. Last March, new single ‘Daddy Issues’ came out.
Known for their explosive live shows, Cloudsurfers have made a reputation for themselves that goes beyond the Dutch underground. Within the domestic live circuit, they have already played many key venues and festivals. They have also played quite a number of shows abroad however, including in New York, South-Africa and Eastern Europe.
