With her genre-bending Neder-hype-pop music, IDA pushes all boundaries within Dutch-language electronic pop music. She distinguishes herself through sharp, introspective lyrics that stand in stark contrast to the eclectic productions of producer MAZOO. What does the listener get? A combination of bold and vulnerable songs in which she scrutinizes the adult world and turns it into a dance party.

After well-received singles such as ‘Kubus In Een Ballenbak’ and ‘Niemand’, IDA released her debut EP “Komt Goed”. A week after its release, she played a rousing set at Noorderslag. She hasn’t been idle since. With ‘Vlammen’, a new single has been released that is enjoying considerable support. On May 8, she played a sold-out solo show (her first!) at TivoliVredenburg. Her live shows are intense, captivating, and uncompromising. That energy brought her to leading venues such as Melkweg, Paradiso, Oosterpoort, and 013. IDA left a lasting impression on major festival stages, with her definitive breakthrough at Eurosonic Noorderslag as the provisional highlight.
