Swiss quartet The Monsters has been tearing up stages for years with their explosive mix of garage punk, trash rockabilly, and primitive rock ‘n’ roll. On Friday October 30, they are coming to wreak havoc on the Waalhalla stage.
Over the years, The Monsters have built up a cult status with their idiosyncratic style and raw performances. Their music is filthy, uncompromising, exciting, and drenched in sweaty adrenalin. For years, their albums have been released through the renowned cult label Voodoo Rhythm Records, the home base for quality underground garage, trash, and rock ‘n’ roll artists. However, the band led by Reverend Beat-Man is made for only one thing: playing live. And play they can; the motto “blood, sweat, and tears” was practically created for The Monsters.
