Altin Gün has been on fire lately as an exquisite live band, which they’ve proven again and again on numerous festivals. In April, the Dutch-Turkish band are returning to Doornroosje.

Altin Gün is deeply rooted in traditional Turkish psychedelia. They are going to tour Europe with new material in the Spring of 2023. One of the stops along the way is Doornroosje, something we’re very pleased with obviously!

The fourth album of Altin Gün comes out on March 10 through Glitterbeat Records. The band has played some gorgeous festivals on their latest international tours: Coachella, Fuji Rock, Primavera Sound, Lowlands, Best Kept Secret and of course Valkhoffestival. Now it’s time for a new chapter: the band is back on stage with new music and a new show. The sound is returning to the original Turkish psychedelic sound from the 70s as their previous record did, but the grooves and mesmerizing synths are still ever-present and channel the intensity of their live shows perfectly.
