Comeback Kid
+ Haywire + Whispers + Speedway
For years, Comeback Kid has been a prominent name in modern hardcore punk. Hailing from Winnipeg, Canada, the band blends melodic guitar lines and memorable choruses with the intensity that defines the genre. This is a formula that has earned them a stellar live reputation! This show is dedicated entirely to their new album, “Chosen Hell”.
Comeback Kid shows are defined by their dynamic energy, melody, aggression, and audience interaction. Catchy sing-alongs alternate with powerful breakdowns, all delivered at a breakneck pace. The five-piece manages to create an accessible sound without sacrificing any of their trademark edge or urgency. Their upcoming album, “Chosen Hell” – the first release since 2022’s “Heavy Steps” – promises to be a massive record that highlights everything that makes the band great.
Comeback Kid isn’t coming alone; the line-up is rounded out by Haywire, Whispers, and Speedway!
Hailing from Boston, Massachusetts, Haywire is part of a new generation of bands keeping the historic New England scene alive. Their sound fuses the relentless power of classic Boston hardcore with street punk and Oi! influences, resulting in direct, aggressive tracks driven by gang vocals, attitude, and a strong sense of community.
From Bangkok, Thailand, comes Whispers, known for a dark, aggressive sound infused with their self-styled “Bangkok Evilcore”. They are joined by Sweden’s Speedway, who blend classic youth crew influences with modern hardcore.
