Ever since the band was founded back in 2011, Dumbo Gets Mad have had a fresh approach to pop music. They lovingly describe their own music as “psychedelic pop”.
We don’t fully agree with that description though. If there’s one thing Dumbo Gets Mad is great at, it is to push boundaries. They explore numerous genres, their sound often closer to a psychedelic jam. After a sabbatical, the band returned in 2019 with the new single ‘Make You Fly’ on French label Nice Guys. In February 2021, “Things Are Random and Time Is Speeding Up” came out. New work is on the way. Live on stage, Luca Bergomi (vocals, guitar), Carlotta Menozzi (vocals), Lorenze Rotteglia (drums) and Ivan Torelli (bass) are going to build an eclectic party.
