Jana Mila

With her music, Jana Mila follows a long tradition of artists that combine elements from folk, country and rock; think of acts like Sheryl Crow, Brandi Carlisle, Julia Jacklin, Carly Simon and Phoebe Bridgers. The great thing about her songs is that they sound fresh and familiar at the same time. Julia was discovered by Ilse DeLange, recorded her debut album “Chameleon” with legendary musicians in Nashville, and toured in over 20 American states in the summer. On stage, Jana effortlessly alternates between subdued melancholy and exhilarating exuberance. One moment she can move the entire audience, and the next, she can instantly turn it into a party.
