Kids With Buns
Marie Van Uytvanck and Amber Piddington – better known as Kids With Buns – won the prestigious Belgian pop award De Nieuwe Lichting in 2021. This award resulted in nation-wide fame for acts like Tamino, The Haunted Youth and Ramkot.
The expected kickstart did come for Kids With Buns as well. Single ‘Bad Grades’ topped the Studio Brussel charts for weeks and they have racked up over two million streams worldwide. Belgium fell hard for Kids With Buns with their universe full of melancholy, personal lyrics and hart-warming melodies.
They are currently working on a new album, which is coming out soon and is expected to conquer their Northern neighbours as well. Kids With Buns played at Valkhof Festival and in a sold-out Doornroosje before, so they have firmly gotten their foot in the door in Nijmegen already.
