Even after thirty years of touring, folk rock band Levellers is still going as strong as ever. The Brighton collective have released eleven studio albums so far, of which “Levelling the Land” from 1991 is still the uncontested classic.
A live show by this band may look like organized chaos, their skills and performance are still impressive on stage. Levellers still have the record of the largest ever audience at a headline show at the legendary Glastonbury festival; in 1994, they played for 300.000 people. Tonight, they are back in Nijmegen. This time, for a show in the large hall of Doornroosje.
