Man/Woman/Chainsaw
Five-piece collective Man/Woman/Chainsaw hails from London and had their debut when the members were just 16 years old. In no-time, they have turned into one of the most exciting and unpredictable bands from London. Their cinematic and sometimes elusive mix of post-punk and punk rock hops between genres like emo, alternative and classic, often ripped open by moments of pure cacophony.
The band treads a very thin line between beauty and noise (often hopping from one to the other) and it’s that chaos that makes this such a fascinating band. With their debut EP “Easy Peazy” (November 2024), Man/Woman/Chainsaw managed to capture the intensity and energetic melodies of their live shows.
Earlier this year, Man/Woman/Chainsaw played a successful show at the first edition of Code Oranje. We are welcoming them back now to the Purple Hall in Doornroosje. Highly recommended to fans of Deadletter, Ugly, Honeyglaze and English Teacher.
