MICH is turning ten! Actually, it’s been longer, but it took a while for the band to be convinced that this was worth celebrating. With that dilemma out of the way, they are pulling out all the stops to celebrate this momentous occasion.
For instance, the band is going to record an album together – at the same time (!) – in the studio. Let’s hope that goes well!
For ten years now, we have been treated to concise lyrics about the weight and meaninglessness of existence, and we have been given the opportunity to dance to cheerful tunes in ultra-compact, catchy songs. For ten years, we’ve been offered the beautiful contrast between Bastiaan Bosma and Sofie Winterson on the one hand, and the brilliant guitar parts of Piet Parra on the other. For ten years, MICH has been a rock-solid band. Their anniversary promises to be something very special. Come along and celebrate with us!
