Oracle Sisters make a mix of dreamy indie pop with influences from folk and a slice of psychedelia. The band is heading out on tour in the spring and will stop by at Doornroosje on the way!
Oracle Sisters consist of the Danish musician Lewis Lazar and the Norther-Irish musician Christopher Willatt. They met when they lived in Brussels, which led to them making music together. After this, they left to New York, Edinburgh and Paris (in that order). That’s where they met their third band member, Finnish musician Julia Johansen die added her singing and drumming talent to the band.
Oracle Sisters released their debut album “Hydranism” in 2023, which was praised by media like NME and The Line of Best Fit. Musically speaking, it’s a warm mix of pop, folk drenched in nostalgia and engaging melodies.
