Supersister
The Hague band Supersister has been active since 1968. The band played an important role in the Dutch, but also international history of music. With their progressive pop, jazz and funny Zappa-twists, they have created a unique sound. The band consists of Robert Jan Stips on keys/vocals, Rinus Gerritsen on bass and Leon Klaasse on drums/vocals.
They are still releasing music up to this day. Just listen to their latest album “Nancy Never Knew” (2025). This studio album is the work of the now-legendary supertrio: Leon Klaasse, Rinus Gerritsen and founding member Robert Jan Stips. The band goes out on a short tour to celebrate the release, which includes a show in Doornroosje. During these concerts, the band will offer a diverse mix of iconic old and brand-new material.
