Teen Mortgage from Washington D.C. brings an exciting mixture of punk and hardcore to the table, adding a slice of garage, grunge and surf sleaze to boot. They play this sonic mixture full of passion and a healthy dose of assertiveness.
In 2017, guitarist/singer James Guile moved from Liverpool to the main capital of the United States, which is where he met drummer Ed Barkauskas. Both men share a passion for honest punk rock and you can hear it in songs like ‘Life/Death’, ‘Sick Day’ and the brand new single ‘Away’. Teen Mortgage sounds energetic, raw, lo-fi and heavy; West Coast garage meets East Coast punk rock. This is bound to be an explosive show!
