Rooted in centuries old Korean music traditions, TENGGER applies a very subtle approach to dron music that reveals the soul of it with organic-sounding elements like harmonium, drum machines and vocal improvisations.
TENGGER is a travelling musical family that consists of the Korean/Japanese couple Itta and Marqido and their son Raai. The mix of folk, drones and kraut rock takes its listeners on a transcendental journey, which blends mesmerizing rhythms and ethereal melodies into an engaging soundscape. Each song is drenched in deep emotional resonance and cultural significance, which bridges a gap between the past and the present.
