Live music on the beloved Stadseiland at Veur-Live! Once again this year, Stadseiland Stek and Doornroosje are joining forces during the Vierdaagsefeesten, allowing you to enjoy free live music at a lovely spot by the water from Saturday, July 18 to Friday, July 24.

What if Kurt Cobain and Ariana Grande got a Pokémon together? Well, you’d get something like a Hiqpy. The four-headed creature is playful and somewhat stubborn. Superpower: spits flames of echoing ad-libs and fuzzy guitars.
The Amsterdam indie rock band were part of the Popronde in 2023, after which their inbox flooded with emails from the industry. Three years later, after having written a lot of new tracks, Hiqpy released their debut album in early 2026. They went on a club tour in the spring and are now back in Nijmegen for more!
