MOSS
Six-piece, Amsterdam-based band Moss has been a top-tier act in alternative pop from day one. With rock-solid songs, the band creates a versatile sound, ranging from indie rock to psychedelia, that feels both modern and timeless. They prove this once again with their new album, “Lost in Motion”, due out in November.
Formed in 2003 and led by singer-songwriter Marien Dorleijn, the band is known for its subtle guitar-driven songs featuring quirky twists.
With “Lost in Motion”, they explore themes of aging, change, and the importance of looking ahead. It touches on things that may wear down over time yet endure: love, connection, and the sense that there is still something to be gained. It is a personal, contemporary Moss album. Moss has done it again. And perhaps even more than that: the band has managed to reinvent itself.
