Kingfishr
Kingfishr consists of Eddie, Fitz and McGoo, a trio that met one another at the University of Limerick, Ireland. They wrote music together and released debut single ‘flowers-fire’ in May 2022, the week before their final exams.
The band members are inspired by Mumford & Sons, U2, Dermot Kennedy, Ben Howard and Bears Den. Since the release of their debut single, they have released tons of other singles, two EPs and the “Live From Dublin” album. These gentle Irishmen have recently released singles like ‘I Cried, I Wept’ and ‘Eyes Don’t Lie’, which showcases the impressive baritone range of singer Eddie Keogh’s voice. The band has been selling out venues with 5000+ capacity left and right in their own country and in the United Kingdom. It is only a matter of time before they are doing the same here. First up though is a show on the large stage of Doornroosje!
