Patrick Watson

Patrick Watson and his band combine soulful folk and indie rock seemingly without effort with electronics, classical music or chamber pop. He is often compared with Andrew Bird, Rufus Wainwright and Bon Iver. What Watson has in common with them most of all though is his eccentricity. On his albums, Watson loves to experiment. This has kept his music consistently exciting for almost twenty years. His live show is an experience of its own, as he and his band manage to build up the tension organically and full of passion.
