Radar Men From the Moon (RMFTM) has been in constant flux for fourteen years now. The band from Eindhoven has a boundary-crossing approach, moving from space and psych rock to industrial post-punk, noise and techno. Their music is in perpetual motion, without clear genre restrictions.
In 2024, a new era is starting for the band. On 16 August their new album “Vomitorium” is coming out through Fuzz Club Records, which is a long-awaited follow-up to “The Bestial Light” from 2020. They once again break new creative grounds on this one: darker and heavier than ever, with a sound that moves towards dissonant drone punk and noise rock. Their work is reminiscent of that of other noise adepts like Public Image Ltd., The Fall, Einstürzende Neubauten, and Faust. It is doomy with gloomy overtones with razor-sharp punk on steroids.
RMFTM has toured all across Europe and has played at festivals like Roadburn, Liverpool Psych Fest, Levitation France, Duna Jam, Freak Valley, Desertfest Berlin, Reverence Festival Valada and of course Sonic Whip. Other than nine albums at Fuzz Club Records, the band is known for their collaborations with like-minded bands like GNOD, The Cosmic Dead and 10.000 Russos.
