PAAK Vinylbar & Doornroosje present
Together with PAAK vinyl bar we are proud to welcome Latin Grammy nominated, Brazilian Music Awards winning artist and composer Rogê to Nijmegen. The Brazilian is one of the key figures in the current samba and bossa nova revival.
Rogê has released 7 albums so far, including ones with Seu Jorge and Arlindo Cruz. He is also part of the backing band of legend Arthur Verocai. In the spring of 2023, Rogê released his international debut album “Curyman” through the label New West. Tonight in PAAK, he will play his repertoire that doesn’t only showcase the roots of Brazilian music, but also manages to make a connection with African music.
Note: there is no ticket sale for this show. PAAK Vinylbar will open at 17 and the show starts at 21h. Be on time, as the doors close when the bar is at capacity.
