Live music on the beloved Stadseiland at Veur-Live! Once again this year, Stadseiland Stek and Doornroosje are joining forces during the Vierdaagsefeesten, allowing you to enjoy free live music at a lovely spot by the water from Saturday, July 18 to Friday, July 24.

In her music, Sophie Straat always prioritizes the message. With cleverly crafted songs, she sings about societal issues and addresses themes such as racism, abuse of power, sexism, and inequality. In a short time, she has grown into the undisputed queen of a new generation of protest singers.
Last October, her new album “Wie de fak is Sophie Straat” was released, after which she toured several venues in the Netherlands and Belgium, including Doornroosje. This summer, she returns for a show at Stadseiland!
