Zoë Bestel
Scottish singer Zoë Bestel plays the ukulele, flute and piano and is blessed with a silky voice. She is capable of combining engrossing melodies with engaging lyrics in a style she refers to as Nu-Folk. She is praised as one of the most impressive new talents in recent years.
When Zoë Bestel was only fourteen years old, she released her debut EP “35 Missed Calls”. This was followed by her debut “Sir Lucas and the Moon” and by album “Transience”, which received a lot of praise and positive attention.
Zoë has played at leading festivals in her own country, like Celtic Connections, Edinburgh Fringe Festival and more. She has received a lot of international praise as well for her voice and music.
