Shows of CELESTE is remarkable and unique. There’s no light show, just a few red lights on the band members. They set the scene for a hyper intense and blistering live show.
In 2017, the packed small hall of Doornroosje was blown away during the Soulcrusher festival by the French band. At that moment, the album “Infidèle(s)” had yet to come out. It is a spectacular album that showcases CELESTE’s sound perfectly: ruthless, heavy and loud. Four years later they repeated the same trick, now on Doornroosje’s largest stage. The result was the same. Their unprecedented metal ploughed through the crowd like a bulldozer. Their hybrid of styles, which has hardcore, black metal, sludge and post metal come together, is wholly unique. Add to this their excellent live reputation and you’ve got something very special. This time, CELESTE will do a club show in the small hall of Doornroosje. A successor to their latest album “Assassine(s)” is on the way.
