In the past decade, Uniform have made a name for themselves with their intense, uncompromising shows and has grown into an underground favourite. Their brutal industrial noise grabs you by the throat and doesn’t let go.
On the most recent album “Shame” (2022), the metal elements are stronger than ever. Their overall sound is hard as nails, tight as a drum and absolutely ruthless, with vocalist Michael Berdan spewing lyrics as if possessed by demons. It sounds like the soundtrack of a tormented soul that sees the world collapse in front of him. The existential dread is tangible and cuts straight to the bone. Their uncompromising approach and unique sound turn Uniform into one of the most unique acts within the scene. Their live shows kick things up a notch, as this is music that you have to experience live on stage.
