Kunstnacht

For one night only, Merleyn is taken over by POPOP and performance collective Broken Toaster Records. Joining forces with Carmel’s Karaoke Paradise and performer Danielle Brans, they transform the familiar concert venue into a space entirely dedicated to performance art. Under the title “Thinking about a stage”, they present an experimental programme where boundaries blur: between music and performance, between performer and audience, between beginning and end. Time is fluid, the stage is manipulated, and spontaneous interventions are part of the evening. Expect a night full of surprise, disruption and direct involvement, where you might just become part of the work yourself. Performance becomes stage, audience becomes player.
