Wolvennest

Het optreden van (DOLCH) gaat helaas niet door vanwege acute medische redenen. Hieronder het statement van de band.

Het Belgische Wolvennest heeft in hun 10 jarig bestaan een geheel eigen sound weten te creëren, die zowel duister als psychedelisch, hypnotiserend en meeslepend is. De band beperkt zich hierbij niet tot één genre, maar experimenteert er op los met verschillende stijlen en klanken. Met als resultaat boeiende nummers die zowel donker als meditatief zijn. Live optredens zijn dan ook als een vertrouwde warme deken.

(DOLCH) wordt vervangen door Déhà; een Belgische multi-instrumentalist en producer uit Brussel, actief binnen talloze extreme metalprojecten waaronder Slow, Imber Luminis en Wolvennest. Zijn werk varieert van atmosferische black metal tot experimentele ambient, gekenmerkt door emotionele intensiteit en een bijzonder productieve aanpak.

Het duo Double Darkness uit Brussel brengt een mix van gothic, industrial, donkere minimal wave en duistere postpunk.

Statement (DOLCH):

Hello everyone,

This is Toni from (Dolch),
We have some bad news!
Unfortunately, i am suffering from actual major ear/hearing loss problem symptom along with a terrible tinnitus since days.
I tried everything in the last week to get better, including all possible treatments. The hearing loss is better again, but: According to the ENT doctor, there is a high risk for me to make the symptoms worse or even suffer a bigger irrepairable hearing damage at this stage if i would continue playing live and loud music at the moment. Finally we must come to the sad decision to cancel our perfomance on the upcoming tour with our friends in Wolvennest and Double Darkness. Believe me, this is a really hard and tough decision to make as we worked so hard and were looking so much forward to these shows.

But health comes first and we want to make sure, following the ENT specialists advise, to cancel this tour now, to be able to make live music in the future possible again for me and the whole band (Dolch). If it is doable for you, please support the great Wolvennest and Double Darkness and a possible third act on this tour if you can. They worked hard for this and i hope and i am sure this will still be a fantastic happening every night.

You all- promoters and bookers and everyone included, worked so hard for this and trusted us.
I want to say thank you on behalf of the whole (Dolch) crew!
But at the moment i am really broken and can only work on my recovery.
I am sorry for this bad news, but i am also promising:
